Litigation and DisputesThis covers any aspect of the law, which may eventually result in Court action. The prevailing view is that all reasonable steps should be taken to resolve issues without the need to issue court proceedings, which must be viewed as a last resort. The recent reforms in court procedure embody this principle. The guiding reason for this change in approach is the cost implications for all parties should matters proceed to Court.
