LEGAL AID (Public Funding)

Reynolds Galbraith Solicitors are the only firm in East Monmouthshire to offer Public Funding.
You may need Public Funding to help with legal expenses when life isn’t treating you well.
Knowing that you can access hep and advice can make the problem seem less daunting.
We can advise and assist you with: -

• Access to your child
• Domestic violence
• Housing
• Divorce
• Debt

If you claim Income Support, Income Based Job Seekers Allowance, or Guaranteed Pension Credit, you will be entitled to free Public Funding for up to 2 hours of legal help.

Even if you are earning but are on a low income we may still be able to help and assist you. We work out how much disposable income you have per month and, if this falls within the range allowed, you will be entitled to Public Funding.

If you think you may be entitled to Public Funding, please bring your proof of benefits or low income with you to your first appointment.
