Malcolm Reynolds qualified in 1969 and specialises in litigation and family law including divorce. He is a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel. He also specialises in courts martial

Ian Galbraith is responsible for the private client and business and commercial departments.
Ian qualified in 1970 and specialises in elderly client care, wills, trusts, estates and financial and tax planning. He is a member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (‘S.T.E.P’) Law Society Probate Section and Solicitors for the Elderly.

Kate Splisbury runs the private client department.
Kate qualified as a Solicitor in 2006 and managed the conveyancing department at Reynolds Galbraith before joining their private client department earlier this year in order to specialise in that type of work as she had always intended. Kate graduated from university with a law degree in 2000 and took some time out travelling before continuing with her training at University of West of England where she did her Legal Practice Course. She subsequently completed her Training Contract at Reynolds Galbraith.
Kate is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and is now intending to progress her training further by enrolling on the requisite courses specialising in trusts and estates for the purpose of becoming a future member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Charlotte Squire is a member of the litigation and family law departments.
Charlotte has considerable experience in addition to that generally acquired by a newly qualified lawyer as she initially qualified as a teacher and worked for some time at a demanding primary school before deciding to retrain as a solicitor in 2002.
She undertakes both private and publicly funded work and has completed Stage 1 of 3 of the Higher Rights of Audience. She eventually wants to specialise in Ancillary Relief Settlements.

Susan Pearson runs the residential conveyancing department. She is also familiar with all I.T. and consequent changes in procedure, such as e-conveyancing, so that they can be used by staff when the changes come into effect.
Susan qualified as a Legal Executive in 1985 and has 30 years legal experience specializing in property law. She has extensive knowledge of both registered and unregistered land, leasehold and freehold titles. She is up to date with all of the recent legislation relating to property including H.I.P’s.
She is familiar with all the available Housing Association Schemes for low cost housing including Shared Ownership schemes and ‘Right to Buy’. She also deals with plot sales and purchases on behalf of builders and private buyers and the sale of properties at auction. susan@reynoldsgalbraith.com
